膜联蛋白A7在胃癌组织中的表达及其与胃癌生物学特征的关系

目的探讨膜联蛋白A7（ANXA7）在胃癌组织中的表达及其与胃癌生物学特征的关系。方法收集124例胃癌手术患者的临床病理资料，采用免疫组化和Westernblot法检测ANXA7在胃癌组织及癌旁组织中的表达情况，分析其与胃癌生物学特征的关系。结果ANXA7在胃癌组织中的阳性表达率为65.3％（81／124）。ANXA7的阳性表达与胃癌分化程度、病理分期、淋巴结转移及黏膜下侵犯情况有关（均P〈0．05）。全组胃癌患者的3年生存率为45．1％，其中ANXA7阳性表达和阴性表达患者的3年生存率分别为28．4％和76．7％．差异有统计学意义（P〈0．001）。Cox回归分析显示，ANXA7表达、黏膜下侵...

Summary:目的探讨膜联蛋白A7（ANXA7）在胃癌组织中的表达及其与胃癌生物学特征的关系。方法收集124例胃癌手术患者的临床病理资料，采用免疫组化和Westernblot法检测ANXA7在胃癌组织及癌旁组织中的表达情况，分析其与胃癌生物学特征的关系。结果ANXA7在胃癌组织中的阳性表达率为65.3％（81／124）。ANXA7的阳性表达与胃癌分化程度、病理分期、淋巴结转移及黏膜下侵犯情况有关（均P〈0．05）。全组胃癌患者的3年生存率为45．1％，其中ANXA7阳性表达和阴性表达患者的3年生存率分别为28．4％和76．7％．差异有统计学意义（P〈0．001）。Cox回归分析显示，ANXA7表达、黏膜下侵袭情况和病理分期是影响胃癌患者预后的独立因素（均P〈0．05）。有淋巴结转移和无淋巴结转移的胃癌组织中，ANXA7的相对表达水平分别为0．51±0．07和0．39±0．06，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．001）。ROC曲线分析显示，以ANXA7表达水平0．419为截点值，ANXA7表达水平预测胃癌淋巴结转移的敏感度为91．2％，特异度为72．7％，曲线下面积为0．884（P〈0．001）。结论ANXA7表达与胃癌患者的预后和淋巴结转移有关，ANXA7可能可以作为判断胃癌淋巴结转移的预测因素。
Bibliography:Objective To investigate the expression of annexin A7 （ANXA7） in the differentiation and lymphatic metastasis of gastric cancer （ GC ） , and to investigate the relationship between ANXA7 and biological characteristics of GC. Methods The clinicopathological data of 124 patients with gastric cancer who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital were retrospectively reviewed and analyzed. Immunohistochemical staining and Western blot were performed to analyze the expression of ANXA 7 in primary GC tissues. Logistic regression analysis was conducted to evaluate the association between ANXA7 expression level and differentiation of the GC. Results A total of 124 GC patients were enrolled in this study, and the expression rate of ANXA7 was 65.3% in the GC. The survival rate of ANXA7-positive patients was significantly lower than that in the patients with negative expression （P〈0.001）.
