P-JAK2/P-STAT3与突变型p53蛋白在宫颈病变中的表达及临床意义

Summary: | 目的 探讨宫颈病变中磷酸化JAK激酶2(P-JAK2)、磷酸化信号转导与转录因子3(P-STAT3)及突变型p53蛋白的表达及其临床意义。方法 选取我科收治的宫颈鳞癌(SCC组)57例、低级别上皮内瘤变(LSIL组)36例、高级别上皮内瘤变(HSIL组)30例和正常宫颈(NC组)30例为研究对象,检测各组高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HR-HPV)感染情况,行HE染色、免疫组化检测P-JAK2、P-STAT3及突变型p53蛋白表达情况。结果 (1)SCC组的HR-HPV感染率、P-JAK2阳性表达率高于HSIL组、LSIL组及NC组(P〈0.05)。(2)SCC组的P-STAT3、突变型p53阳性表达率高于LSIL组、NC组(P〈0.05),与HSIL组比较差异无统计学意义。(3)SCC组的P-JAK2和P-STAT3的阳性表达率在不同的FIGO分期、组织分化、淋巴结转移、HR-HPV感染亚组中有明显差异(均P〈0.05);突变型p53的阳性表达率在不同的FIGO分期、HR-HPV感染亚组中具有显著差异(P〈0.05)。(4)SCC组中P-JAK2与P-STAT3、突变型p53的阳性表达率、HR-HPV感染率均呈正相关(P〈0.05),P-STAT3与突变型p53的表达率、HR-HPV感染率呈正相关(P〈0.05);突变型p53表达与HR-HPV感染呈正相关(P〈0.05)。结论 P-JAK2、P-STAT3与突变型p53蛋白在SCC组中的表达水平高于正常组及上皮内瘤变组,三者可能与HR-HPV感染、宫颈鳞癌发生、进展有关。 |
