固相微萃取-离子迁移率谱快速检测茶饮料中痕量敌敌畏
采用自制的电晕放电离化离子迁移率谱仪进行茶饮料中痕量敌敌畏快速检测。漂移管温度为180℃,漂移气为干燥氮气。通过在茶饮料中添加敌敌畏制成加标样品,以固相微萃取作为样品预处理方法,对不同浓度的加标样品进行检测。利用高温工作的漂移管实现萃取棒中待测物的热解吸,整个检测过程可在15 min内完成。本方法适用于敌敌畏、马拉硫磷的快速检测,基于3倍信噪比的茶饮料中敌敌畏检测限可低至6μg/kg。...

Bibliography: | Corona discharge (CD) ion mobility spectrometer (IMS) made in our laboratory was used for the rapid determination of trace dichlorovos in tea drinks. The drift gas was dry N2, and the temperature of the drift tube was 180℃. Spiked samples with different dichlorovos concentrations were analyzed by the CD-IMS combined with solid phase microextraction. Thermal desorption of the analyte was carried out by inserting the extracting rod directly into the heated drift tube, and the detection process was completed within 15 min. This method could be used for the rapid detection of organophosphorus pesticide residues such as dichlorovos and malathion. The detection limit of dichlorovos in tea drinks based on 3 times the baseline noise was 6μg/kg.
