Summary:Congenital prepubic sinus (CPS) is a rare anomaly characterized by a sinus tract extending from the prepubic area to the anterior bladder wall. Herein, we present a further case of CPS. A 20-month-old boy was admitted to our hospital with a 3-month history of recurrent mucopurulent discharge from a pinpoint opening located over the prepubic area (Figure 1a). He had no voiding problems.
