类器官在前列腺癌相关研究中的作用探索
类器官作为新一代临床前肿瘤模型，其建立对于揭示肿瘤生物学特性及探索对肿瘤患者有效的治疗方法具有重要意义。前列腺来源的类器官临床前肿瘤模型更是在前列腺肿瘤生物学特性研究和抗肿瘤药物筛选中发挥了巨大作用。当前普遍且成熟用于构建临床前前列腺肿瘤模型的方式有2种：一种是前列腺肿瘤细胞株培养，另一种是人源性前列腺肿瘤组织异种移植。这2种模型在前列腺癌基础研究与抗前列腺肿瘤药物筛选方面具有很高价值，但仍存在诸多无法回避的问题与劣势。最新研究构建的第三类临床前肿瘤模型--类器官或可解决当前2种模型所存在的弊端。本文就类器官在前列腺癌相关研究中作用的研究进展作一综述。...
