L-[S-11C-甲基]-蛋氨酸的合成及 HPLC分析
O615.4%R817; 采用还原碘化法合成11CH3I ,固相法合成11C‐MET ,HPLC分析产品放化纯度,并合成11CH3OH和11CH3I ,利用HPLC分析验证11C‐MET中杂质的成分,探讨溶解前体的NaOH浓度和有机溶剂用量对11C‐MET质量的影响。结果表明,先用0.1 mL 2 mol/L NaOH溶解前体,再与0.1 mL无水乙醇混匀后装入C18柱,可以提高11 C‐M ET的产率及放化纯度。...

The influence on the quality of product was investigated by changing the concentration of sodium hydroxide solution and the solvent of dissolving precursor .The results showed that 11C‐MET with higher yield and good radiochemical purity would obtain by using 0.1 mL 2 mol/L NaOH to dissolve the pre‐cursor ,then injecting it into the C18 column after blending 0.1 mL ethanol .
