尺寸排阻色谱-电感耦合等离子体质谱联用技术研究牛血清白蛋白与顺铂的反应动力学

Bibliography:As one of widely used anti-cancer drugs,cisplatin is administered intravenously in physiological saline.Therefore,it is very important to study the interaction between cisplatin and plasma proteins.Here we studied the reaction rate constant for cisplatin and bovine serum albumin(BSA) by size exclusion chromatography-inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry(SEC/ICP-MS).Cisplatin was incubated with BSA at 37 ℃ for 3,6,9,17,and 24 h,respectively.The cisplatin and cisplatin-BSA adduct were analyzed by SEC/ICP-MS.The reaction rate constant for cisplatin and BSA is 0.077 h-1.The detection limit of platinum is 0.19 ng/g.
