基于不同用户需求的移动应急电源优化配置
在智能电网建设的大环境下,以用户需求指导供电将成为主流。首先建立电力用户的需求指标模型,提出应急事态下跟用户紧密相关的安全性需求、经济性需求和优质性需求三个需求指标,以及不同指标的衡量方法。然后建立用户需求满意度最大的移动应急电源优化配置模型。最后以某供电公司的历史数据得到各分区用户的安全性、经济性和优质性等级,根据所提出的用户需求满意度最大化模型利用混合整数线性规划算法得到移动应急电源的分配方案,验证了所提模型的可行性、优越性和其指导意义。...
