量子点是一种半导体纳米晶体,其具有激发光谱宽、发射光谱窄,光稳定性好,良好的生物相容性等各种优越的性能,目前广泛应用于生物标记、生物传感和生物成像的研究中。量子点生物学应用中最为关键的一步,是如何将抗体等生物大分子有效的偶联于量子点表面并保持其生物活性。近年来,尽管对量子点的制备方法和生物学应用进行了较为深入的研究,但量子点和生物分子之间偶联技术的综述还少见报道。本文从非共价偶联技术和共价偶联技术两个方面对各种量子点抗体偶联技术的特性进行分析,也对未来量子点生物学应用中将会遇到的挑战和发展趋势进行展望。...

Bibliography:Quantum dots(QDs) are water-soluble semiconductor particles on the nanometer scale.QDs are emerging as a new class of fluorescent labels for biology and medicine.A major problem in biological applications is how to couple biomolecules to QDs,and remain their activity as well.In recent years,studies in the preparation and application of QDs were reported extensively.Here,we introduced the research progress of coupling reactions that have been used for preparing antibody conjugated QDs,including noncovalent and covalent.Limitations and the future trend of the biological application of QDs were also demonstrated.
