电致化学发光-分子印迹传感器测定L-苯丙氨酸

Notes | Electrochemiluminescence ; Molecularly imprinted ; L-Phenylalanine ; Sol-gel DING Zhao-Yun, Li Chun-Yang, SONG Qi-Jun (School of Chemical and Material Engineering, Jiangnan University, Wuxi 214122, China) 22-1125/O6 A novel ECL-MIP sensor for the determination of L-phenylalanine was reported. The sensor was prepared by the electrodeposition of the molecular imprinting membrance by sol-gel method onto the Ru(bpy)23+ modified glassy carbon electrode. The electrochemical and eleetrochemiluminescence behavior of the sensor was investigated. The proposed sensor displayed high sensitivity and excellent selectivity for the target molecule L-phenylalanine. Under the optimum conditions, a linear response was observed with the concentrations of L-phenylalanine from 1.0 x 10-11 mol/L to 1.0 x 104 mol/L and the detection limit was 3.1 x 10-12 mol/L. The sensor was successfully applied to the determination of L-phenylalanine in urine samples with the recoveries from 94.8% to 1 10.6%. |
