电致化学发光-分子印迹传感器测定L-苯丙氨酸

在三联吡啶钌固相电极上,采用溶胶-凝胶法电沉积分子印迹聚合物,制得电致化学发光-分子印迹传感器。研究了该传感器的电化学和电致化学发光性能。结果表明,此传感器对L-苯丙氨酸具有很高的检测灵敏度和良好的选择性。在优化的条件下,测定L-苯丙氨酸的线性范围为1.0×10^-11~1.0x10^-8mol/L,检出限为3.1x10^-12mol/L。此传感器可应用于尿样中L-苯丙氨酸的测定,回收率为94.8%~110.6%。...

A novel ECL-MIP sensor for the determination of L-phenylalanine was reported. The sensor was prepared by the electrodeposition of the molecular imprinting membrance by sol-gel method onto the Ru(bpy)23+ modified glassy carbon electrode. The electrochemical and eleetrochemiluminescence behavior of the sensor was investigated. The proposed sensor displayed high sensitivity and excellent selectivity for the target molecule L-phenylalanine. Under the optimum conditions, a linear response was observed with the concentrations of L-phenylalanine from 1.0 x 10-11 mol/L to 1.0 x 104 mol/L and the detection limit was 3.1 x 10-12 mol/L. The sensor was successfully applied to the determination of L-phenylalanine in urine samples with the recoveries from 94.8% to 1 10.6%.
