Bibliography: | Physical layer security is becoming an emerging research area of information security and wireless communications. In this paper, the background and state-of-the-art of physical layer security are reviewed and the future of research is pointed out. The variance and exclusion of wireless resource, as well as the development of physical layer transmission techniques, bring up plenty of opportunities for physical layer security.
