基于IEC61970的电网拓扑分析结果共享技术的研究

With keeping increase of the power grid in scale and complexity, power grid real-time topology analysis has become an integral part of grid advanced applications. However, topology analysis is usually performed in each system by itself because of the dissimilarity of data and the closure of systems, which makes the topology results cannot be shared and causes much double counting and waste of resources. This paper proposes a kind of topology analysis algorithm based on IEC 61970 and encapsulates the results of topology analysis according to IEC 61970. Then, it releases the result to other applications by Web Service to share the analysis result. A successful application case using the research results is introduced finally.
