基于多层膜敏感圆片的光学式有机磷快速检测方法
研究了基于多层膜敏感圆片的全固态有机磷光学检测方法。该方法基于胆碱酯酶抑制原理,利用紫色发光二极管光源和硅光电探测器实时测量在多层膜敏感圆片存在下待测溶液的吸光度。多层膜敏感圆片由载有胆碱酯酶和显色剂的上层亲水多孔膜片、载有底物的下层亲水多孔膜片及中间疏水性隔离膜组成。这种多层膜圆片制备简单,价格低廉,易于保存,非常适合一次性使用。自主研制的检测装置小巧轻便,适合于对有机磷进行现场快速探测。使用时多层膜敏感圆片被置于自制装置的样品池中,定量加入待测水溶液,使圆片中的酶与有机磷反应一定时间,再定量加入待测液,使圆片完全浸润,同时记录待测液吸光度的变化曲线。对毒死蜱和敌百虫的探测结果表明,本方法的...

Bibliography: | A simple optical method for on-site rapid detection of organophosphates was studied.The method is based on the organophosphate-induced inhibition of cholinesterase activity,which uses a violet light emitting diode(LED) source,a silicon photodetector and a multilayer-disc sensing element.The multilayer-disc sensing element consists of two hydrophilic porous membranes separated by a hydrophobic film.Both butyrylcholinesterase and color indicator were loaded in the top membrane and butylthiocholine iodide was immobilized in the bottom membrane.Such sensing elements with a low cost and simplicity of preparation are disposable.The home-made detector is small and suitable for on-site rapid detection of organophosphates.When using the detector,a given amount of the sample solution was injected in the chamber to wet the top membrane of the sensing element inside.After a fixed time,the sensing element was immersed by adding the sample solution into the chamber,and the absorbance of the solution was measured in real ti |
