碳纳米管/聚吡咯修饰电极用于液相色谱测定帕金森大鼠脑中神经递质
制备了碳纳米管/聚吡咯复合修饰电极,研究了多巴胺等单胺类神经递质在该修饰电极上的电化学行为。将此修饰电极作为电化学检测器,与高效液相色谱联用,测定了脑中7种神经递质及其代谢产物。结果表明:去甲肾上腺素、肾上腺素、多巴胺和5-羟色胺的线性范围为5.0"10-10~1.0×10-5 mol/L;3,4-二羟基苯乙酸,5-羟吲哚乙酸和高香草酸的线性范围为1.0×10-9~5.0×10-4 mol/L;7种物质相关系数均大于0.998;检出限在0.1 nmol/L水平。结合微透析活体取样,测定了自由活动帕金森模型组大鼠脑纹状体中7种单胺类神经递质及其代谢产物的含量,较正常组有所降低。...
