Transdiaphragmatic cardiophrenic lymph node resection for Stage IV ovarian cancer

Highlights • Mediastinal nodal disease often precludes complete cytoreduction in ovarian cancer. • We show how transdiaphragmatic cardiophrenic lymph node resection is a feasible surgical technique.
