变电站状态估计的工程实践与效益分析
基于零阻抗支路的变电站三相非线性状态估计在变电站内进行拓扑和量测错误的辨识,从而提高调度中心状态估计的可靠性和精度。报告了该技术在工程实现中的硬件配置、站域量测信息集成、与调度中心的互联、对时与周期选择等问题,并分析其效益,表明该技术具有高可靠性和通信量小的优点,并有效提高了对电网的监控能力和实时模型的可靠性。仿真实验及华东电网现场应用验证了该技术的有效性,满足实时在线应用需求,具有广阔的推广应用前景。...
