A Cytotoxic Flavone from Scoparia dulcis L

5, 7-Dihydroxy-3', 4', 6, 8-tetramethoxyflavone (hymenoxin) was isolated from the whole plants of Scoparia dulcis L.(Scrophulariaceae) and found to be cytotoxic to cultured human cells.
