Summary: | We developed two types of photo-curable resin compositions using silicone polymers. These resin compositions had target refractive index and Abbe number by exposure. And these photo-cured resins had high heat-resistance, which kept refractive index and transparency through reflow process. By combining these two kinds of photo-cured resin lenses, we can produce reflow mountable camera module which has high resolution. |
