Corporate Citizenship in Japan: Survey Results from Japanese Firms

The nature of corporate social performance among Japanese firms was examined via a survey by the Japan Productivity Center. The findings of the survey suggest that, although awareness of corporate citizenship (CC) issues in Japan is fairly high, bureaucratization of CC management is low.
