Summary:We present a case of IgA nephropathy complicated with palmoplantar pustulosis. The skin lesion improved with tonsillectomy. The purposes of this article were to aid physicians in understanding that (a) IgA nephropathy should be considered in patients with palmoplantar pustulosis and (b) patients with these diseases should be referred to otolaryngology specialists for tonsillectomy.
