Summary:Primary mesonephric adenocarcinoma of the bladder is a very rare lesion. Only 9 cases have been reported since 1968, when it was first described. Due to its morphological diversity and variable immunohistochemical profile, mesonephric adenocarcinoma presents a diagnostic challenge, especially when seen in male patients, due to the rarity this entity in men. Here we present a rare case of a 63-year-old man who was found to have a bladder tumor and diagnosed with mesonephric adenocarcinoma of the bladder.
