Highlights • Several adjuvants non-toxic for live Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae vaccine were designed. • Evaluating adjuvants’ ability to enhance vaccine immunogenicity in mice and pigs. • Evaluating adjuvants’ ability to enhance the protective efficacy of the vaccine. • The result would greatly help developing the i.m. route of the live vaccine.
