Summary:We describe two patients with hepatitis C and a diagnosis of pulmonary extranodal marginal zone B cell lymphoma. Both patients demonstrated a chronic nonproductive cough without hemoptysis. Diagnosis was obtained after a computed tomographic chest scan and flexible bronchoscopic biopsy. We discuss the staging and prognosis of this disease, its correlation with hepatitis C, and potential benefits of treating the associated hepatitis C.
