The nucleotide sequence of potato virus X RNA

The complete nucleotide sequence of potato virus X (PVX, a potexvirus) genomic RNA was determined using dideoxy method on M13-cloned cDNA templates. The RNA is 6435 nucleotides long (excluding poly(A)).
