Generation and characterization of two induced pluripotent stem cell lines (NUIGi038-A, NUIGi038-B) from dermal fibroblasts of a healthy individual

Two human induced pluripotent stem cell (hiPSC) lines (NUIGi038-A, NUIGi038-B) were generated from dermal fibroblasts of a healthy 47 year old female using non-integrational Sendai reprogramming method expressing OCT4, SOX2, KLF4 and C-MYC. Characterization of both hiPSC lines was confirmed by the e...

Summary:Two human induced pluripotent stem cell (hiPSC) lines (NUIGi038-A, NUIGi038-B) were generated from dermal fibroblasts of a healthy 47 year old female using non-integrational Sendai reprogramming method expressing OCT4, SOX2, KLF4 and C-MYC. Characterization of both hiPSC lines was confirmed by the expression of typical pluripotency markers and differentiation potential in vitro.
