Subject librarian has always been the study hotspot of library, whose development status is very worthy of attention. This paper used STADS to research the papers about subject librarian in recent decade, and analyzed these papers from six aspects including academic trends, core periodical statistics, core authors, core research institutions, highly cited papers, and then proposed some suggestions for the problems faced by subject librarian.
