Summary: | Using the concept of the search for the optimal signal parameter estimates and related to them parameters of electromagnetic and regression models of scattering and radio-thermal radiation of electromagnetic waves by various objects and natural medias on the basis of modern theory of statistical decisions and estimates of probability distribution parameters, a number of fundamental results developing the theory and methods of optimal spatio-temporal signal processing are obtained for the first time. Corresponding directions of their practical application in active, passive, and combined (complex) active-passive radar and remote-sensing radio systems are considered. Special attention is given to application of Kravchenko weight functions (windows) in problems of radio engineering systems synthesis. |
