Summary:A 55‐year‐old lady, menopausal for 8 years, presented with vaginal swelling for the preceding 6 months and with post menopausal bleeding (two bouts). Examination revealed a vaginal mass of 7 × 5 cm which was ultrasonically diagnosed as vaginal fibroid. The vaginal mass was excised and confirmed to be a vaginal neurofibroma on histopathology.
