Summary: | A spectrum of other clinical features have been reported in MRS including intraoral and ocular lesions, other cranial nerves palsies and co-morbid conditions such as migraine headaches, allergic and autoimmune disorders [1-4]. While many different medications have been used in MRS, oral corticosteroids were the mainstay of treatment in our patient in whom the recurrent episodes of orofacial swelling (but not the facial nerve palsy) responded repeated courses of oral prednisolone. |
