Chapare Hemorrhagic Fever and Virus Detection in Rodents in Bolivia in 2019

A cluster of cases of hemorrhagic fever was identified in Bolivia. An investigation led to the identification of Chapare virus as the cause. Probable person-to-person transmission was identified.
