Summary:•Spontaneous generation of anti-vortices, due to the oscillations of the crystalline network.•Found a novel and interesting behavior in the vorticity•Two component superconductor•In-homogeneous systems We solve the two-band Ginzburg-Landau equations for a superconducting mesoscopic prism for a condensate characterized by two order parameters (ψ1,ψ2). We study the effect of the phase and γ˜ differences on the vortex state, magnetization, magnetic susceptibility (χm), vortex localization, and vorticity for boths condensate. Finally, we present shown how the vortices form conglomerates in the superconductor sample states of fractional vorticity in the system for different external magnetic fields.
