Subacute effects of low dose lead nitrate and mercury chloride exposure on kidney of rats

Highlights • Lead nitrate and mercury chloride caused nephrotoxicity. • Mercury chloride caused more harmful effects than Lead nitrate treated group. • They caused increased serum biochemical parameters, oxidative stress and pathological changes.
