Dose dependent treatment with isotretinoin induces more changes in the ileum than in the duodenum and jejunum in Wistar rats

Highlights • A dose dependent treatment with isotretinoin solution is tested. • Duodenum, jejunum and ileum histology structure are observed after the treatment. • Duodenum and jejunum were the less affected. • Ileum is the most affected portion with alteration in goblet cells pattern.
