Bilateral anterior shoulder dislocation in a young and healthy man without obvious cause

Abstract Bilateral shoulder dislocations are rare. Many cases are associated with trauma, but other mechanisms have been reported. We report on the case of a healthy 20-year-old man who presented with bilateral anterior shoulder dislocations without obvious cause.
