Summary:Abstract A 72-year-old man presented after a single choroidal mass was incidentally detected on fundus examination of his right eye. The patient has a history of multiple myeloma and neuroendocrine thymoma diagnosed 6 and 10 years before presentation, respectively. Fine-needle aspiration biopsy revealed metastatic choroidal carcinoid tumor. The patient was subsequently treated with brachytherapy (iodine-125).
