The collection and usage of both patient samples and healthy volunteer samples was approved by the Ethics Committee (Arnhem‐Nijmegen, the Netherlands) and the Board of Directors of the Radboudumc (Nijmegen, The Netherlands). Patient samples were obtained during routine outpatient visits and diagnostics. No extra study visits or blood draws were scheduled. All collected samples were coded and informed consents were signed before blood collection.
