Summary:Bismuth telluride based photosensitive elements were obtained and their properties were studied. Liquid exfoliation was used for bismuth telluride 2D material suspensions preparation in organic solvent only with no additional surfactants. 2D sheets in suspension had average size of 200–300 nm and thickness of 2–2.5 nm. Resistive photosensitive elements were obtained by the drop-casting method. The photoresponses of sensitive elements studied at room temperature and liquid nitrogen temperature.
