Theoretical-only article There is a requirement for publication in our journal that the article must be a theoretical-empirical kind, unlike journals such as Academy of Management Review, for instance, that accept the essay type. Article without impact The impact can be defined “as an effect on, change or benefit to the economy, society, culture, public policy or services, health, the environment or quality of life, beyond academia” (Research Excellence Framework [REF], 2014).
