Three cases of spondylotic myelopathy at the C7-T1 level

•We report three cases of C7-T1 level myelopathy, which was treated by surgery.•Patients complained of only gait disturbance and sensory disturbance.•Neurological dysfunction and gait disturbance improved in all patients by surgery.
