Summary: | Abstract This is a report of a 47-year-old man presenting to the Emergency Department complaining of bilateral shoulder pain after developing pain in the right shoulder about 1½–2 weeks prior after heavy lifting while at work. Clinical suspicion of Gonococcal arthritis was confirmed on the basis of laboratory studies. Although Gonococcal arthritis is occasionally associated with uniarticular arthritis, this patient presented with bilateral joint involvement. |
