Summary:We examined the incidence of Campylobacter infections, Guillain-Barré syndrome and unspecified polyneuropathies in an ecological study from 1994 to 2003. The increase in Campylobacter cases in Denmark in the 1990s was comparable to an increase in cases of unspecified polyneuropathies; however, the incidence of Guillain-Barré syndrome cases remained stable during the period.
