In vivo assessment by intravascular ultrasound of enlargement in saphenous vein bypass grafts
These data demonstrate that saphenous vein grafts enlarge at sites of focal atherosclerosis and preserve luminal area for narrowing of < 30% of the cross-sectional vessel area.
