Summary:The objective of our study was to illustrate various CT findings of peritoneal mesotheliomas, to review their clinicopathologic features, and to discuss the differential diagnoses. The clinicopathologic features of peritoneal mesotheliomas vary among the subtypes such as malignant mesotheliomas, cystic mesotheliomas, and well-differentiated papillary mesotheliomas, and accordingly, there is a spectrum of CT appearances.
