On the possibility of existence of a self-consistent solution for an electromagnetic field in vacuum

The paper shows the possibility of existence of a self-consistent solution in a system uniting the internal and external Sestroretskii cubes; this system simulates vacuum. An expression for estimating time for which half of the energy is radiated is presented.
