Summary:Long QT syndrome (LQTS) is one of the leading causes of sudden cardiac death (SCD) among young people. Left Cardiac Sympathetic Denervation (LCSD) is an established procedure that has become increasingly accepted as a therapy for ventricular tachycardia (VT) in LQTS refractory to traditional treatment methods. We report the successful use of LCSD for three patients with LQTS operated in King Abdulaziz Medical City (KAMC), National Guard Health Affairs, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
