Effects of physical exercise training in syndrome x
Syndrome X categorizes myocardial disease characterized by impaired myocardial flow without macrovessel injury.1,2 The pathogenesis of this condition remains obscure.3,4 Similarly, therapy is not well defined.5 We report the effects of physical exercise training in a patient with Syndrome X.
