Summary:The article gives an overview of present results of a study of the luminescence of living plants in room temperature and also the luminescence of green leaves in a living state and taken from the parent plant. The analysis of obtained results allows to conclude that the photoluminescence spectra for green leaves in all cases represent the two closely spaced bands. Temporal intensity of photoluminescence of green leaves of plants were studied.
