Summary:Several computational methods have been developed to predict RNA-binding sites in protein, but its inverse problem (i.e., predicting protein-binding sites in RNA) has received much less attention. Furthermore, most methods that predict RNA-binding sites in protein do not consider interaction partners of a protein. This paper presents a web server called PRIdictor (Protein–RNA Interaction predictor) which predicts mutual binding sites in RNA and protein at the nucleotide- and residue-level resolutions from their sequences. PRIdictor can be used as a web-based application or web service at http://bclab.inha.ac.kr/pridictor.
