films were measured. The results reveal that the BaMoO
4
thin films are well crystallized films even near room temperature, the films derived from glycerine solution are characteristic of oriented growth when they are annealed at above 550°C, and the films given a green emission peaking at 518 nm with the excitation of 20 eV photons. |
